We have been doing business with Raj and his Team for over 10 years. We have over 15 properties which he manages for us.
His team is always up to date with gas safety certificates and electrical and any other regulatory inspectionsand information us 1 month before they are due for renewal.
Very efficient when a tenant is leaving a property another is already waiting to occupy so property is not left vacant for too long only if painting or repair works are required.
If there is a problem Raj will inform us by email and phone call for leak emergency.
We have more properties which we will hand over for him to manage for us. Good job keep it up.
