Marie FusseyMortgage Administrator

Marie started her role with the firm in 2016 as a mortgage administrator, she provides administration support to the mortgage adviser Raj, case managing files accurately within prescribed timescales and focusing on achieving excellent customer service at all times.

Marie spends her spare time walking with her dog, baking cakes and being taxi driver, chef, and referee to her children. She is currently training to be homebased ChildLine volunteer for the NSPCC.

John RiceOffice Administrator

John has spent over 20 years in the housing industry. He has worked across various roles dealing with freeholders, leaseholders, landlords and tenants daily. He spent three years managing a maintenance company that was responsible for 5,500 units within the M25 and surrounding areas. His experience is invaluable to ensure the smooth running of our Lettings Department. When he is not dealing with all thing’s property John likes to walk, is a keen reader and likes to write also. He undertakes an annual walk to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Kirsty Foster Sales & Lettings Manager

Kirsty is our longest serving team member who has worked her way up to becoming our Sales & Lettings Manager. She joined our company as an office administrator apprentice in 2013 and celebrated her 10-year anniversary with us in early 2023. Kirsty is a highly valued member of our team and experienced in working in all areas of our company. She has built up lasting relationships with our clients though her consistent and dedicated service. Outside of work Kirsty loves to spend time with her partner and her beloved dog, enjoying long walks and visiting new places.

Kevin Bhatti Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Kevin has been in the property industry for the last 8 years. He has gained valuable experience whilst working in sales, lettings, and property management.

He thoroughly enjoys the whole experience from meeting new people and providing outstanding customer service and advice.

Kevin is always at hand to guide and share his knowledge in helping customers find, sell or rent their homes.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys watching sports, keeping fit and going for long walks with his dogs.

Rizwan Ahmad Property Viewing Assistant

Rizwan is in charge of taking our viewings and keeping our property details updated. He enjoys being out and meeting new people and also completes our property inspections. Rizwan is always happy to help out and lend a hand when needed.

He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his children and travelling all over the world with his family when he can.

Surendra SahOffice Accountant

Surendra has also just celebrated his official 10-year anniversary with Woodend Estates. He has worked alongside Raj from the start and has seen Woodend evolve and grow over the years he has spent here.

Surendra is a valued member of our team, and we couldn’t get by without him. He is a fan of keeping fit and attends the gym every morning without fails. He is always smiling and brightens up the office when he is here
